Relaxing Ear Massage - DIY!

Looking for a simple way to relax and unwind after a stressful day?

Give yourself an ear massage!

As you can see from these two charts, there are Reflex Points on your ears that correspond to every part of your body - internal and external.

These Reflex Points are extremely small, and the best way to activate a specific point is through acupuncture.

However, if you're just looking for overall relaxation and energy balancing, a general ear massage is just the ticket!

Gently massage, squeeze, and pinch all areas of your ears working from top to bottom and then back up to the top again.  This way you will hit ALL of the Reflex Points.

Gently pull down on your earlobes, and pull out all side areas to stretch the sensitive tissue.
Here are three great options for your self-administered Ear Massage:

1.  Just use your fingers
2.  Massage in a small amount of body oil such as Sesame or Jojoba
3.  Add an Essential Oil (such as Lavender or Frankincense) to a carrier oil (such as Sesame or Jojoba)

(SAFETY PRECAUTION:  NEVER put Essential Oils directly into your ear or allow them to drip down into your ear canal)

So after you see how wonderful you feel after your Ear Massage, you will want to share this goodness with your family and friends.

The easiest way to give an Ear Massage to someone you love is to stand behind them and gently follow the steps outlined above.

They will love it and if done before bedtime, a great night's sleep should be on its way.
