Natural Remedy - Respiratory Issues, Allergies, Asthma and More!

Every year around this time my throat gets extremely dry and this invariably turns into coughing issues.......

This year I decided I have had enough and started researching ways of dealing with this dryness.

One of the best remedies I found was the Personal Steam Inhaler called "MyPurMist".

This handheld system uses distilled water and delivers warm steam through the mask that you hold over your nose and mouth and simply breathe in.

It has been wonderful to help my throat stay moist and has helped me tremendously.  I simply do a 10-20 minute "treatment" every morning and evening.

This warm steam inhalation is a great remedy for many issues including:

  • Sinus Congestion
  • Allergies
  • Colds/Flu
  • Coughing
  • Asthma
  • Breathing Issues
  • Dry Throat
  • Laryngitis
  • Sore Throat
Here is a great explanation from the "MyPurMist" website:

"Steam provides sore and dry passages with moisture, while excess pollen and environmental pollutants are cleansed. Soothing vapor eases nasal congestion and sinus pressure by relieving inflammation. A natural mucolytic, steam helps to thin sticky mucus allowing easy clearance of the airways."

This type of warm steam therapy is also used by singers and speakers who depend on their voices daily and need to keep their throats hydrated and tissues moist for optimal performance.

This product is around $150 (I got mine at Bed Bath & Beyond with a 20% off coupon), and I think the unique technology it has and the extra features are worth the price.

There are some less expensive personal steam inhaler options, so do some research and see which one is best for you!
