Detox Salad Recipe

Eating healthy doesn't have to be boring or tasteless - try this great salad with lots of nutritious ingredients!

Arugula
Kale
Mandarin Orange
Pomegranate Seeds
Pistachios
Garbanzo Beans
Quinoa (not pictured)

(You can add other ingredients to taste)

Dressing:
1 avocado
1/4 cup Cilantro (washed and chopped)
1 clove Garlic
1 Lime (juiced)
3 tbsp Olive Oil
1/4 cup Greek Yogurt (low fat)
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper

(Optional: add water if needed for desired consistency)

Blend all dressing ingredients in a food processor, add to your salad, and toss!
