Tendon and Tissue Repair with Essential Oils

Essential Oils have amazing healing properties!

I have used and recommend the following Essential Oil blend for repairing tendons and tissue:



Blend Recipe:

     3 ozs. carrier oil (such as fractionated coconut, sesame, or jojoba)
     5 drops Cypress Essential Oil (for circulation)
     2 drops Helichrysum (for nerve damage, and best for overall tissue regeneration and             repair)
     3 drops Lemongrass (for ligaments)
     3 drops Marjoram (tissue rebuilding)
     3 drops White Fir (anti-inflammatory)
     3 drops Birch or Wintergreen (for pain)

Mix all ingredients together and massage into affected area several times a day
