Juicing for Health!

Juicing is the best way to get a tremendous amount of vitamins, minerals, and nutrition in an easy and compact way.
Juicing also helps your body to get rid of internal toxins (Detoxing).
My family and I have been juicing since the '90s and we have always loved the wonderful benefits it provides.



Here is our favorite recipe (makes one serving):
1 cucumber
3 stalks celery
1 apple
1 inch ginger

What are the benefits?
Cucumber: provides magnesium, potassium, Vitamin C, Vitamin A.  It is anti-inflammatory, and helps regulate blood pressure.
Celery:  Vitamins A, B, C, potassium, folate, calcium, magnesium, iron, amino acids.  Helps to cleanse the kidneys.
Apple:  Vitamins A, C, B6, potassium, enzymes, pectin.  A natural laxative. Helps preserve bone density.
Ginger:  Anti-oxidant.  Anti-inflammatory.  Wonderful for digestion.
