Essential Oils for Sunburn Relief

Ingredients:
1/2 cup liquid aloe vera juice
1/8 cup fractionated coconut oil
10 drops lavender essential oil
10 drops peppermint essential oil
Combine in a glass spray bottle and use when needed.
I do recommend using high quality Essential Oils (not found in typical grocery and department stores). Low quality oils can cause adverse reactions such as rashes and hives, and can be less effective or non-effective for what you are targeting.
I have found doTERRA Essential Oils to be of superior quality and have been using them for five years now.
