LOVE - The Source of All Energy
"Love is the essence of life everywhere in the Universe. To use this energy in health-building, we need to tune ourselves into it. It is the primary factor in Polarity Therapy." - Pierre Pannetier
Love is needed in our world today. I am talking about something much larger than just love between two people. Love needs to become our foundation - the infrastructure from which we think, speak, act, and move. When we operate in love, selfishness is washed away, self identity is built up and expanded, and communication, relationship, and community is solidified. What would happen if everyone functioned from a heart (and mind) of love? Obviously the world would be a better place, and I also believe our health would be better.
This next list is taken from "Polarity Therapy: Healing with Life Energy" by Alan Siegel, N.D.

He lists nine practical ways to express love which in turn enhances his own health:
1. Avoid negative thoughts, words, and actions - particularly such words as hate.
2. When communicating some 'correction' (rather than criticism) to someone, do it with understanding and acceptance.
3. Find the good and praise it.
4. Learn to accept correction with a right attitude.
5. If people come to you feeling depressed, find a way to uplift their spirits so they leave feeling happier about themselves and life.
6. Strive to change yourself.
7. Influence others by your own understanding, kindness and compassion.
8. Find satisfaction and joy in giving.
9. Learn to meditate. Meditation leads to peace which opens the heart to the inflow and outflow of Love.
