What Does It Mean When You Crave Chocolate?
I think everyone craves something sweet now and then, but there are those who crave CHOCOLATE all the time and even tend to have a bowl of M&Ms or other chocolate candies handy at home and at the office.
This chocolate craving may be a sign of Magnesium Deficiency.
No judgment here - but eating a lot of chocolate and candy may not be the healthiest choice.
What can we do instead?
Nourish your body with foods high in Magnesium such as Nuts, Seeds, Vegetables, and Fruits!
This should cut the chocolate cravings and supply your body with what it needs :-)
Here is a list of foods to try:
Almonds
Pumpkin Seeds
Spinach
Bananas
Figs
Avocado
Yogurt or Kefir
Black Beans
