An Apple A Day......
Is good health really as simple as eating "an apple a day"?
Yes, and no.
While apples have AMAZING health benefits, it really is our whole diet that needs to be examined.
In the July 19, 2017 blog, we discussed using Food as Medicine (Hippocrates) - to revisit this entry, click this link:

Here is something to consider - if we ate only whole, clean, and natural foods (no chemicals, no GMOs, no processing), how many health issues and diseases do you think could be eliminated?
My guess would be a VERY high percentage!
So here is the challenge: take at least two weeks and commit to eating clean and healthy and see how you feel!
Consume only fruits, vegetables, homemade juices, sprouts, brown rice, beans, herbal teas, nuts and seeds, gluten free grains, and minimal dairy and meat, and see how your body responds.
