Energy Medicine Technique: Tapping
Today we will start to look at some different types of Energy Medicine.
The foundational concept of Energy Medicine is that we need to keep our energy moving. Stagnant energy runs slowly and blocked energy diverts the energy pattern or stops it completely in that area. Stagnant and blocked energy create unbalanced states and/or health issues (physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual).
"Tapping" is a self-treatment that helps free up stagnant or blocked energy.
There are specific points in which Energy tends to get stuck, and the picture above shows these points.
To use Tapping to free up energy, there are recommended sequences to follow and affirmations to speak while tapping.
For example: Your affirmation may be "I deeply and completely love and accept myself", so you would say this while tapping 5-7 times on the points starting from the top of the head and working your way down to the wrists.
This is a wonderfully effective Energy Medicine treatment and can be done almost anywhere at no cost to you!
