Everyone needs an immune system boost, right?
Here is a tasty recipe for a great immune building smoothie - wonderfully delicious!
Try drinking 8 ozs. a day and see how much better you feel :-)
Blend together:
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup frozen raspberries
1 handful of spinach
1/2 cup coconut water
1/3 ripe avocado (optional)
Drink and enjoy!
