Take Five!

I know life can be busy and we don't always have an hour (or more) each day to devote to self-care.

However - it is important that we at least take a few minutes each day to let our systems calm, to breathe deeply, and to rest our overworked bodies.

There are many Apps and YouTube Videos that can help guide you through these five minutes (rather than just sitting and letting your mind wander or worry about all the items left on your list for the rest of the day!).

Do a search for "Breathing Exercises", "Meditations", "Mindfulness", or even "Reduce Anxiety" and see what you find that resonates with you.

Five Minutes is just a start.

Hopefully once you begin to see the benefits of this self-care time you will increase the minutes you spend on this amazing stress reliever.

Start small.  Be consistent.  Get healthy!
