Do You Need a Kidney Cleanse?

Dr. Hulda Clark said it best when she said:  "Any piece of machinery that gets used on a regular basis benefits from a thorough cleaning every now and then.  Automobiles get regular oil changes and oil filter replacements to improve performance and remove collected waste.  The same can be applied to the human body.  Think of your body as a machine that's been running non-stop since birth."

Have you ever done a kidney cleanse or any kind of detox?  Your body deserves it!

Here are some signs you may need a Kidney Cleanse:

  • Changes in your urine
  • Swollen feet, ankles, face, or other
  • Nausea and vomiting
  • Feeling tired or sluggish during the day
  • Pain in your legs
  • A bad taste in your mouth
  • Itchy rashes
  • Anemia
All of these signs may be the result of your kidneys not filtering properly.

Here is a simple (and inexpensive!) kidney cleanse that most anyone can try:

Take 1 bunch of Cilantro and gently wash, cut in small pieces, put it in a pot, cover with plenty of water, and add the juice of 1 freshly squeezed lemon

Boil for 15 minutes

Strain and let the mixture cool

Drink

Drink plenty of water throughout the day while doing this cleanse

This cleanse can be done for 1-3 weeks
