Sinus Draining Exercise

Sinuses congested?
Stuffy head?
Constant pressure?

Here is a simple exercise that will help drain your sinuses without the expense and side effects of medication:


  • Lie on your stomach with your forehead resting on the back of your hands
  • Knees are hip-width apart
  • Bend knees and cross ankles
  • Slowly begin making scissors kicks, alternatively crossing ankles
  • Continue for 1-5 minutes
Issues with sinuses fall under the "Ether Element" in Ayurvedic Medicine.
