It changes our mind, our emotions, our physical body and our mental and spiritual states.

What or Who governs the majority of your thoughts?

Are most of your thoughts positive and uplifting or are they negative and potentially destructive?

Take some time to track what thoughts are running through your mind and what you spend your time thinking about.

Are these thoughts helpful to your wellbeing, or are they disrupting your energy and causing dissonance and possibly health issues?

If you feel like your thought patterns could be better, the good news is that you have a choice!

Consciously choose to think about things that are positive, pure, helpful, and loving and enjoy how much better you will feel!
