Life Is Movement

Life is Movement.
Things must move in order to keep life force and health.
Growth, change, flow, progress, journey, mobility, health, life.
What happens when we stop moving?
We become stagnant.
This doesn't have to just mean physical movement (which is very important), but also mental, emotional, and spiritual movement.
How do we grow mentally? We take an educational class, do research, read about a subject, or ask an expert.
How do we grow emotionally? We allow time for honest introspection, seek counsel if necessary, and resolve past issues and traumas.
How do we grow spiritually? Develop a relationship with God, practice prayer and meditation, participate in spiritual community.
All of these things require effort and movement on our part, but it is what we need to stay healthy and balanced.
The other option is stagnation, and this is where blockages, illness, and death occur.









I encourage you to choose Life and incorporate Movement into all areas of your life: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual!
