Beets: A Blood Purifier

Yesterday we discussed the benefits of juicing and I gave you my favorite recipe which includes Cucumber, Celery, Apple, and Ginger.
Another great ingredient to add to your juice is beets!
Beet juice is best known as a blood purifier and blood builder (helps in the formation of red blood cells), but beet juice will also dissolve stones in the liver, kidneys, and bladder.
Beet juice has also been found to lower high blood pressure.
All of these benefits from a simple, inexpensive, and easy to find vegetable at your grocery store!
