Exercises for Water Element Balance

In yesterday's blog, we discussed "Letting Go", because sometimes we are too attached to things.  This issue is related to an out of balance Water Element/Sacral Plexus Chakra. (read more here: https://millshealthyenergy.blogspot.com/2017/12/having-trouble-letting-go.html)

I mentioned two simple Polarity Exercises you can do to help keep your Water Element in balance, and here are the instructions:

1.  The Fountain:

Stand with palms together in prayer position; visualize body as a fountain, with water rising up through center of body, spraying out top of head and showering down all around body.  Keeping palms together, inhale and slowly raise hands directly overhead, simulating the flow of water, spreading arms wide out to sides, exhale, bend knees, drop head and roll spine forward, bringing palms back together at feet.  Inhale and roll body back to standing, visualizing water moving up the center of body.  Repeat cycle several times.

2.  Butterfly Activation:

While seated, put the soles of your feet together (as pictured).  Gently bounce your knees up and down to help open up the pelvic area and stretch the thigh muscles.  Do this for several minutes each day (Alternate option: can even be done while lying in bed before you get up).

The goal is consistency!
Remember to do these two exercises for only a few minutes every day, and you should start to see positive results.
