So often when dealing with a health issue or while trying to lose weight, we cut back, cut out, diminish, stop, and deprive our bodies of certain foods or groups of foods (such as dairy, meat, etc.).

While dietary guidelines and/or food convictions will look differently for everyone, it is important that our goal is to NOURISH our bodies rather than deprive them of crucial vitamins and nutrients.
