Peppermint Essential Oil - What Is It Good For?

 Peppermint Essential Oil is very cooling and invigorating!  Feeling a little sluggish in the middle of the afternoon?  Try breathing in some Peppermint Oil!  It will stimulate your mind and help you make it through the rest of your work day.  As you can see listed above, it is also great for fevers, nausea, and other stomach upsets.
One common concern not listed here is hiccups.  Try breathing in some Peppermint Oil or putting a small drop on the roof of your mouth (with your thumb or finger) to get rid of hiccups!
