Your Physical Ailment CAN Be Traced to an Energetic Imbalance

Energy holds your physical body in place.

Energy runs in currents, and these currents are kept moving by the Chakras.

The Five Lower Chakras correspond with the Five Elements in the following way:

Throat Chakra = Ether Element
Heart Chakra = Air Element
Solar Plexus Chakra = Fire Element
Sacral Plexus Chakra = Water Element
Root Chakra = Earth Element

Each of these Elements (Ether, Air, Fire, Water, Earth) have corresponding Physical Systems and Body Parts:

If your Energy System is completely in balance, then you will have no physical issues.
However, just by being alive and human, your Energy System gets knocked out of balance.

How can we tell which part of our system is out of balance?  By looking at what physical symptoms arise.

For example - in looking at the chart above - if you are experiencing issues with any part of your Respiratory System, this means that your Air Element is out of balance.

Arthritis? (Joints of the Body)  Your Ether Element is out of balance.

Irritable Bowel Syndrome? (Colon) Your Earth Element is out of balance.

(and so on)

The GOOD news is that there are MANY things you can do to bring these Elements and your Energy System back into balance.

We'll discuss some of these ways in tomorrow's post :-)
