Air Freshener - DIY Recipe

Some of the most health-destroying toxins can be found in mainstream Air Fresheners.

These are typically sprayed directly in the space we are standing in and immediately inhaled (by us and those around us including our children), or they are "plugged in" and emit a continuous stream of poisonous toxins which are inhaled by anyone around.

This is why it is so important that we use non-toxic Air Fresheners!

Here is a simple recipe you can make in about 2 minutes:

Homemade Air Freshener

Start with a 4 oz glass spray bottle
Fill about 1/2 way up with water
Add 8-10 drops OnGuard or Thieves blend Essential Oil*
     or
Add 5 drops Lemon Essential Oil and
5 drops Wild Orange Essential Oil

Fill the bottle the rest of the way up with water
Replace the lid

Use as you would any Air Freshener

This is great in the bathroom - it eliminates odors rather than just covering them up!

*Thieves or OnGuard Oil Blends include the following ingredients: Wild Orange (or Lemon), Clove, Eucalyptus, Cinnamon, Rosemary.  This oil blend is known for its ability to kill all viruses, bacteria, mold, and fungus.
