Natural Remedy for Indigestion/Heartburn/Acid Reflux

If you are looking for a simple, inexpensive and natural remedy for indigestion, acid reflux, heartburn and/or GERD, then this is the perfect recipe for you!


 In approximately 4 ozs of water or mineral water (room temperature), squeeze the juice of 1 organic lemon and then add 1 tsp of baking soda.

Stir and drink when you experience indigestion symptoms.

Contraindications:
Not recommended for people with high blood pressure or heart conditions due to the high sodium content of baking soda.
