Could Your Body be Too Acidic?

Our bodies need to maintain a proper pH level in our tissues and fluids in order to be healthy.

This level is between 6.5 and 7.5 and is considered "alkaline".

If your level is below 6.5 it is considered "acidic" and this can result in a multitude of health issues.

How can you test for your pH level?

By purchasing pH-Strips and doing a home urine test each morning (or as often as you like).

I purchase the Enzymedica brand (as pictured) at "The Vitamin Shoppe" here in town.

If you cannot find them in your city, you can purchase online.

I recommend testing your urine since it is more accurate than a saliva test.
Simply follow the instructions on the box.

What are some signs your body might be too acidic?

  • Poor immune function
  • Arthritis and Gout
  • Weak bones (including osteoporosis)
  • Headaches
  • Confusion
  • Allergies
  • Acne
  • Bladder and kidney infections
  • Low energy
  • Chronic Fatigue
  • Yeast overgrowth
  • Cancer
  • and many more.........
Tomorrow we will look at ways to bring your body back into alkaline balance so it can start to heal.
